Tobacco TA evaluation

The purpose of this survey is to evaluate commercial tobacco technical assistance provided to TFC and SHIP grantees. We define technical assistance as services such as trainings, consulting, editing, planning, and providing resources that help improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of your work. We are interested in your experience receiving technical assistance from providers and not your experience working with them as direct contractors.

Results will only be reported in summary form so individual participants or grantees will not be identifiable.
